Grant Request Form

The Teacher Grant Program supports student learning by meeting the needs of teachers. It funds unique or innovative programs or resources, collaborations between teachers, and instructional materials.

 

Completed SM Foundation Teacher Grant Applications may be accepted via email to grants@southmeckfoundation.org or using the online form submission below. Grant applications
are due by the 15th of the month in order to be reviewed at the monthly Foundation Board meeting
held on the last Wednesday of each month. Please be advised that the maximum individual grant
request amount is $1,000.
Teachers will have one year from date of approved grant to utilize funding.
